If the fit or size of your product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact. Once your return is accepted, you'll receive a full refund of the product price, including taxes. Please note that any shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To start a return or exchange, submit a request or reach out to us with your order information.
Our warehouse team generally needs 48-72 hours to inspect the returned items. After approval, refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your bank account.
For exchanges, your new size/product will be shipped once the return pickup is completed.
